This bus, a twenty seater Toyota Coaster, is based at Charleville to service the towns of Augathella, Charleville, Eromanga, Morven and Quilpie. Bookings for this minibus are taken through the Charleville PCAP office.

This bus, a twenty-four seater Mitsubishi Rosa, is based at Roma to service the towns of The Maranoa Regiona Council. Bookings for this minibus are taken through the Charleville PCAP office.

This bus, a twenty seater Toyota Coaster, is based at Miles primarily to be used as a replacement or emergent vehicle, as well as being used by the Murilla and Taroom LAC groups. Bookings for this minibus are taken through the Charleville PCAP office.

The Eastern minibus is a twenty passenger Toyota Coaster based around the Goondiwindi area. It is shared amongst the LACs of Inglewood, Tara and Waggamba for use by students within those LACs.

Booking are done at the base school for each LAC. These being:

The minibus shared between Cunnamulla and St George is a 24 passenger Mitsubishi Rosa. The scheduled times of usage for each area is listed below and bookings for this minibus are determined either through Sacred Heart School (Carolyn 4655 1486), or at St George SS (Michelle 4620 8333).

Under the terms of the contract, PCAP will subsidise travel to and from the school for a radial distance equal to the distance from the school to Toowoomba.

Toowoomba is regarded as the nearest major centre and so it is for this reason, this distance is the one accepted for the initial payment. It is perceived that having reached the large metropolis of Toowoomba any disadvantages incurred by the students due to living in their base town, have been overcome.

RATES FOR 2010

(All costs GST exclusive)

•55 Seat Coach - cost is $1000.00 for distances travelled up to the equidistant return distance from your town. Exceeding this distance incurs the full rate of $3.58 per extra kilometre.

•69 Seat Coach - cost is ($1000.00 + $1.56 for each km travelled) for distances travelled up to the equidistant return distance from your town. Exceeding this distance incurs the full rate of $5.14 per extra kilometre.

Mini-Buses: The five mini-buses are available to assist in the transportation of school aged students from within the SWPCAP area. The use of the bus incurs only the cost of the fuel and a $750.00 excess for insurance claims if damage is incurred.

Subsidised Coach: The supplier for 2010 is Stonestreet’s Coaches who have either a 55 or 69 seat coach available. Bookings for this are done through the PCAP office.
