Meeting minutes

The Minutes for the first Area Meeting of 2010, convened at the Hannaford Community Hall, on Friday, 26 February, were ratified at the second meeting for 2010, held at the Australian Conference Centre, St George. A transcript of the meeting is attached on the link below.

•The meeting was convened at the Australian Conference Centre, St George on Friday 28 May starting at 9 am.

•The formal proceedings were opened by the Chair with reports from the Executive Officer concerning buses, major projects and funding allocations for LACs.

• Funds allocation and bus utilisation were discussed.

• PCAP Office to present breakdown of all mini-bus usage at next meeting.

• Reports from present LAC representatives were tabled.

• Area Submissions were discussed and voted upon.

• The Chair thanked those present, and before closing the meeting, informed the delegates that there may be a need for a specially convened area meeting in response to outcomes from the State Council meeting on 23 June, 2010.

• Meeting closed at 2.35 pm and next proposed meeting scheduled for 3 September, 2010 at Surat Community Hall.
